Ralph Wardlaw (1779-1853) wrote a tremendous commentary on the Book of Proverbs. His comments below on the verse above sound (apart from  some antiquated language) as though they were written yesterday in reference to the character and carryings-on on of far left leaders in the Democratic Party, and far left thugs-on-the-ground like ANTIFA.
