OUR PRESENT PERIL AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT
In 1993, Alexander Solzhenitsyn, in an address to an American university, implored the West not to "lose sight of its own values, its historically unique stability of civic life under the rule of law—a hard-won stability which grants independence and space to every private citizen." We have lost sight of our values, and are losing any sense of stability.
Our survival as a free people isn’t dependent on the government doing something. The government at present, with few exceptions (exceptions which include the President) is too corrupt and self-serving on both sides of the aisle to be depended on. The Democrat side of the aisle is especially too full of Marxist communists to be depended on to do anything but aid and abet our domestic enemies. As Ronald Reagan said in 1981, “Government is not the solution to our problem, government is our problem.” How true.
And, let’s be clear, the United States Constitution and the system of government framed for us by our founding fathers isn’t the problem. The politicians and military insiders who are part, either consciously or unconsciously, of the Deep State are our problem along with a radically leftist mainstream media. These are those in state and federal positions who have sworn to uphold, support and defend the rule of law in America, but refuse to do it
And so, in the midst of this wanton communist-driven national rampage of criminality, what does our survival depend on? The preservation of our freedom and our Republic depends on the same thing/s that produced it 244 years ago.
First, the preservation of our freedom depends on patriotic Americans getting themselves organized and finding leadership to confront this assault courageously and sacrificially. It’s time for pastors, political activist and veteran’s organizations, etc. to cooperate and engage (This is something that's being put in place and geared up now. Stand by for news). Secondly, it depends on the favor of Almighty God—which people need to do everything possible to obtain. Here’s a promise we have from God, Who “cannot lie” (Titus 1:2):
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and
pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear
from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
—2 Chron. 7:14
“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
—John 8:32
