DIFFERENT KINDS OF MEN

There are different kinds of men: those who do what they do simply for the sake of self-gratification and because they can, those who do what they do in order to please others, those who do what they do to be recognized, those who do what they do in hopes of future reciprocation, and those who do what they do simply because it is the right thing to do.

Men who do what they do simply because it is the right thing to do, are the best kind of men. They know what is right based upon their understanding of the simple teaching in the “Ten Commandments” and in the “Sermon on the Mount,” and they do what is right based upon the courage they have to make the right choices in life.

Men who do what they do simply because it is the right thing to do, live clean, uncomplicated lives; lives free from the parasitic effect that deceit, disingenuousness and regret can have on a man’s life.  They are freed up from the apologies and excuse-making that saps the energy and happiness out of the lives of other men.

Men who do what they do simply because it is the right thing to do, challenge and clear-up the confusion that the transgender movement and toxic femininity has created relative to what constitutes true manliness—a situation that the weakness of America’s pulpits and the scarcity of good examples hasn’t helped.

Real manliness is in play where men and boys have developed a deep conscientiousness as to what is right, and the courage in any and all circumstances, to do what is right simply because it is the right thing to do. (James 4:17; Prov. 16:8).
