A DRAG QUEEN CHRISTMAS

Two nights ago, I stood at a microphone to voice opposition to the so-called “Drag Queen Christmas” The Pensacola, Florida City Council has approved and scheduled for presentation on December 3rd. at the city-owned Saenger Theatre. The entire “show” is performed by a transgender cast, and constitutes a perverted mockery of the birth of Christ; just one of several different blasphemous presentations being performed in city venues across the country. The following is an almost word for word account of what I said to the city council during the three minutes allotted to me:

“Saenger Theater opened its doors 125 years ago to a showing of Cecil B. Demille’s newly released film, The Ten Commandments. The Saneger Theatre and the City Council has come a long way since then—all in the wrong direction.

The presentation of “A Drag Queen Christmas,” scheduled two days before Christmas this December is a mockery of the holiest of Christian holidays, and commemorates the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

“A Drag Queen Christmas” constitutes: First, an abomination to God; secondly, an affront to the Christian community; and in the third place, it represents an outrageous attack on the Christian faith. To be fair and balanced, I recommend to the members of this council that you invite a “Drag Queen Ramadan” next March, and see how this is received by the Muslim community, and how it works out for you.

Taxpayer money, without the approval of the taxpayers, is being used to fund this. It defies the imagination to think of any greater disgrace and shame than this that could be brought on the city of Pensacola.

Tonight, I have three appeals to make: I want to appeal to the Christians who are here to pray for an unmistakable intervention by God that will prevent this presentation from opening in Pensacola. Next, I want to appeal to you council members to cancel this presentation. Next, I want  To encourage the filing, and success, of any lawsuits that might, and should, be brought against any and all parties that can be found responsible for, and in collusion with the so-called “Drag Queen Christmas” that is designed and intended to make a mockery of the birth of our Savior,, and the Son of God, Jesus Christ. This constitutes nothing less than a staged extravaganza of hate speech.

Perhaps the City Council and Saenger Theater hasn’t gotten the memo that the tide has turned in America, and the vast majority of Americans are no longer going to remain silent and be bullied by a tiny minority in our communities that is determined to flaunt their perversion in our faces and demonstrate their disrespect for what Americans have historically, and still do, hold in reverence.”

            Apparently, almost none of the Democrat party or the Leftist, liberal, woke crowd in America has gotten the “memo” that the domestic tyranny they’ve waged against everything from parental authority to everything traditionally America and everything Christian for the past many years is over. They have exposed themselves for the sadly demented and dangerously demented people that they are; for the nihilistic, communistic ideologues and insurrectionists that they are.

            People such as those responsible for the scheduled staging of “A Drag Queen Christmas” need to keep getting the “memo” that the days of their shoving moral and intellectual perversion into the faces and down the throats of the vast majority of Americans who are repulsed by their thinking and behavior, are over.

It is the duty of every American citizen to make sure that every attempt to “fundamentally transform” American society into one resembling that of Sodom and Gomorrah (Gen, 18:20, 21-19:1-13) is challenged and resisted—in school classrooms, city council meetings, in the courts and at the ballot box.
