HOW NUMBSKULLS GET THEIR SKULLS NUMBED
We are now living in an increasingly Orwellian society where “Doublethink” and “Newspeak” are an essential to bringing about the “New Normal” now being decided for us. (Read the book 1984 and/or watch the film on YouTube). Nazis, communists – all totalitarians are dependent on it.
“Doublethink” is by definition, “a process of indoctrination whereby people are expected to simultaneously accept two mutually contradictory beliefs as being correct. You know: “One and one equals two, and sometimes one plus one equals twelve,” “Men are women and women are men,” etc., etc. People are pressured to say or at least accept the saying of nonsense in contravention to their own belief and sense of reality.” Doublethink requires the mind to operate unnaturally—to get on board with thoughts that are twisted and debilitating. The double think/menticide now going on throughout our society is equivalent to one’s having an arm or a leg forced into contortions of movement that are unnatural until the limb is permanently shaped in such a way that the entire body is adversely effected. People forced to doublethink lose their capacity to think and behave sensibly. (Watch the After Skool video, “Mass Psychosis” on YouTube).
“Newspeak” involves the elimination or alteration of certain words and the infusion of confusing or deceptive bureaucratic jargon; the senseless substitution of words with other words until they “catch on” with the general public to the extent that they serve political purposes. To be gay used to mean to be happy, but today it means—well, you know what it means. Something or someone considered exceptionally good (i.e. a ball player or a sports car) used to be referred to as “good” or “great, now they’re referred to as being “bad.” There are hundreds and hundreds of examples Hot dogs and hair barrettes are referred to as “awesome”—a word until recently only used to describe things like the Grand Canyon or the pyramids (the dumbing down and cheapening of words).
The abuse of pronouns is a prime example of how our language is being “new-speaked,” bowdlerized and basterdized. This isn’t an accident. It is premeditated and intentional. Language is the means the mind has to perceive and process thought and to express itself; therefore, when our language is messed with our minds are simultaneously messed with. Paul Johnson, in his book, Enemies of Society wrote:
“A man who deliberately inflicts violence on the language will almost certainly inflict violence on human beings if he acquires the power. Those who treasure the meaning of words will treasure truth, and those who bend words to their purposes are very likely in pursuit of anti-social ones. The correct and honorable use of words is the first and natural credential of civilized status.”
We are in deep trouble in America. Don’t compromise with the corruption of our language. Rudyard Kipling said: “Words are the most powerful drugs used by mankind.” True. Let’s also remember what God has said: “The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked speaketh forwardness” (Prov. 10:32).
