WELL, DUH … WHAT DOES YOUR CHURCH HAVE IN COMMON WITH NANCY PELOSI’S?
As they say in the newspaper business, “This just in!” — The archbishop of San Francisco has told Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi that she is barred from taking communion because of her position as a leading advocate for abortion. The first response to this should be a resounding, “Well, duh.” The only question here is why has it taken her church, the Roman Catholic church, so long to take this kind of disciplinary action against this pro-sodomy, pro-abortion, anti-God, anti-family personification of evil?
But then, to be fair, the same question could and should be asked of hundreds if not thousands of protestant and Baptist churches? Why is it taking them so long to excommunicate from their memberships those who practice things like abortion and sodomy? And, why is it taking so many protestant and Baptists churches so long to excommunicate those in their midst who support, vote or otherwise identify with, the Democratic Party, which has codified in its platform its pro-abortion, pro-sodomy, anti-God, anti-Bible, anti-family position.
Everything that God hates and abominates, the Democratic party advocates and fights for. So why do churches keep as members in good standing those who understand all this about the Democratic Party, yet still support it or any of its idealogical/political soulmates? Why are these people not brought under biblical discipline? How come? What's going on here?
Why does the leadership of churches, pastors especially, not insist upon the ouster of the likes of Nancy Pelosi type Catholics and Bill Clinton type Baptists? All the misapplied “judge not,” “cast not the first stone,” etc. lame arguments against not doing so are as bogus, unbiblical, ignorant and self-serving now as they have ever been. (See Matt. 18:1518; 1 Cor. 5; Rom. 16:17; 2 These. 3:6).
Why are people not disciplined out of churches who either (1) are themselves pro-abortion, pro-sodomy, anti-God, anti-Bible, anti-family. or (2) identify themselves vote-wise or otherwise with these people. Enquiring minds want to know. Non-Christians want to know. Christians of all ages, but especially the young, surely want to know the reason for this inconsistency, hypocrisy, apostasy and spiritually-suicidal idiocy. (Share this if you can).
