YES, I HAVE SOME BOOKS.

I was asked recently if I’ve written any books. The answer is yes. Some of these are available at my website thatwemayknow.com. I’m not a good marketer or I would have mentioned this before now. Nevertheless, I’ve been, and will be, grateful for any interest there is in these books.

As a side note, I am going to include book reviews and recommendations on my website beginning this week, and I hope some will give this a look. Mortimer J. Adler (1901-2001), editor of Encyclopedia Britannica and Great Books of the Western World said, “Reading is a basic tool in the living of a good life,” and playwright and politician Sir Richard Steele (1672-1729) said, “Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.” So true.

Reading is one of the most important things a person can do, and I want to do what I can to encourage people, especially preachers, to read. The challenges related to reading of course involve the time and discipline it takes to do it. Another challenge involves finding the best authors and materials to read so as to avoid wasting time and money on less than the best books.
